commandN Inc.SynopsiscommandN is a weekly web news video production that covers technology trends online and offline. commandN is a growing web television company with over 100,000+ views per episode, and growing. commandN needed a fresh new site to professionally showcase it's web based television show's. As the sole designer and developer I worked closely with all involved in the decision making process. The time covered from the start of consultation to finished product and teaching of the content management system was a little over 5 months. TechnologyWe used an assortment of technologies for this project. This included a content management system called Joomla. Bryan St.Amand PhotographySynopsisA new, up and coming Photography guru based on Springfield, MA needed a site to display his eclectic imagery. While still allowing elegantly simple design we didn't want it to overpower the images. This site focuses the users eyes to the photography not the site itself. TechnologyThe site is based on XHTML, PHP, CSS and Javascript. We needed the site to load quickly and efficiently thus the use of these technologies and optimization of images. 
Metal Morphous Inc.SynopsisMetal-Morphous, INC specializes in metalizing almost any object imaginable. Something that in itself is creative and takes meticulous time and effort. Thus their site needed to be done in the same manner. The whole process took little over 4 months to complete TechnologyA content management system was setup that's called Website Baker. This allowed for easy editing of content. Other technologies included PHP, CSS, MySQL Database and Javascripting. What They SaidRenee Randall writes "You did a phenomenal job with the site! Velvets Unique BoutiqueSynopsisVelvets Unique Boutique is a fresh fine, handmade jewelry maker. A true artisan in the craft. She was looking for something different and eclectic, almost old fashioned. I supplied a site that brought out the key's to her idea's. The process from design to finished product was 1 month. This included an easy to use shopping cart function. TechnologyThe content management system used was Website Baker, including a custom paypal shopping cart. As well as XHTML, PHP, CSS, and MySQL database. 
VNA and Hospice of Cooley Dickinson Hospital Inc.SynopsisThe VNA and Hospice of Cooley-Dickinson needed web presence that suited their image as a healthcare provider. They needed something warm, inviting and user friendly. I created a site that allowed the client to change and edit the pages on their own. Thus cutting development time and costs. The design and development process took 2 months. TechnologyIncluded a content management system called Website Baker. Coding included PHP, CSS, XHTML and MySQL Database. 
A & M Compressed Air Products Inc.SynopsisA & M Compressed Air Products was looking for a fresh design for their website. To express their expertise, professionalism and quality in the area of industrial equipment servicing and products. We created an intuitive and easy to navigate design. As well as coding to make it possible for the employer to input used and rental equipment on the fly. Not only does this new website show their customers a nice informative web presence it also gives the company more leverage when companies are interested in selling a product through them. Development process of 2 months. TechnologyCustom Perl scripting for adding new items for selling. XHTML, PHP and CSS were also used.

A solution was devised that would promote the companies professional image, quality product, service and marketing expertise. A process that took 4 months to finish. Sites that are no longer around, not because of me, but developed by myself include 3dNewsNET.com, a tech news site from the creator of Explosive Labs in 2002/2003. As well as SoundCardCentral.com, another tech oriented site that was abandoned long ago in 2001/2002. The site www.archive.org has these site in it's web vault. There are also many other site's created by me floating around the internet, my first website included. |
